MR. VEITCH’S SPEECH MR. PARRY SPEAKS OUT (THE SUN'S Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The speech which the member for Wanganui, Mr. W. A. Veitch, made in the House last week, was attacked by Mr. W.
