THE SUN IN THE WAIKATO
NEW SERVICE ESTABLISHED FAEROA, TE AROHA AND MORRINSVILLE EVERY NIGHT THE big demand for THE SUN in the Waikato district has made it necessary for us to inaugurate a new motor service to serve Paeroa, Te Aroha and Morrinsville.
HPHERE was considerable excitement in these towns last night when THE SUN arrived on schedule time and was distributed to subscribers.
This service is being pioneered byMr. lan Nairn, a younger brother of the Nairns who established and control the Desert Transport Company, operating so successfully in Syria.
THE SUN has made a contract with Mr. Nairn to carry on an Auck-
land-Morrinsvilie service daily, to be known as Nairn’s SUN Service, carrying passengers ’ and parcels. Fares and particulars will be found on page 2, and it goes without saying that Nairn’s SUN Service will be a boon to the district. Residents of Morrinsville can leave by motor at 7.30 a.m., spend several hours in the city and be landed back home again by eight o'clock in the evening. THE SUN has received many expressions of appreciation of its Hamil-ton-Rotorua Service, carried on by Holden’s Motors, and in a few short weeks has attained complete supremacy in this part of the province.
