LUCKLESS BANKRUPT SURPLUS IN ESTATE when the liabilities <.£ 3.662 > 'were' set against securities (£4.050) in a bankrupt estate reviewed before the Official Assignee. Mr. G. N. Morris, at a creditors’ meeting to-day. Neither the bankrupt nor his wife. Mr. and Mrs. George David Rates, of Takapuna. was able to attend, owing to ill-health. Mr. C. Hough represented them.
