FOUR KILLED IN CROSSING SMASH
TRAGEDY IN VICTORIA TRAIN WRECKS MOTOR By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright MELBOURNE, Sunday. A tragedy resulting in the loss of four lives occurred at Tallygaroopna, Victoria. A train, which was travelling at a fast rate struck a motor-car in which were Mr. C. Sutton, his wife and their two sons, aged seven and five, at a level crossing. The car was completely smashed and Mrs. Sutton and the elder son were killed instantaneously. The wreckage of the car caught fire and Mr. Sutton and the other boy were so severely burned, in addition to their other injuries, that they died in hospital.—A. and N.Z.
