Goldsbrough, Mort Increase CapitaL —A decision to increase capital from £1,750,000 to £2,000,000 by the creation of 250,000 new shares of £1 each was arrived at at a general meeting of Goldsbrough, Mort, held in Melbourne on June 20. The new shares will be offered to shareholders in proportion to one for fevery seven held.
