F|RAW with a typewriter! Eight guineas in prize-mc make the best sketches of the A “Newsograph M is a picture made with a typewriter. Try your hand at the art; the first prize, donated by the management of the New Regent Theatre, is £3 3s, and there is a second prize of £2 2s given by THE SUN while Paramount Pictures is providing six consolation prizes of 10s 6d each. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY The conditions of the competition are: “Newsographs” must be made with a typewriter; no other agency may be employed.

Entries must be addressed — "Newsograph” THE SUN, 42 Wyndham Street, Auckland. Any number of entries may be sent in. Entries must reach THE SUN Office by 5 p.m. On July 9.
