SPIES ARRESTED
FRENCH NAVAL PLANS TAKEN COMMUNISTS SUSPECTED LONDON, Thursday. The Paris correspondent of the ‘Daily Mail” says five arrests have been made in the naval construction yard at Blainville, including four foreign engineers. It is alleged to be a grave case of espionage. Plans of naval and mercantile vessels being constructed have been stolen. Communist complicity is suspected. It is hinted it may have close connection with Bolshevist activities in arsenals and aircraft factories in France and Britain.
