Western, farmer, Pukeatua; H. E. Martin, motor mechanic, Te Kuiti (suspended for six months); H. J. Lee, farmer, Whatawhata (subject judgment by consent being entered in favour Official Assignee for £150); Tarue Hepi Kakahi (adjourned six months pending bankrupt tendering evidence of intension to -pay something to creditors-.
