It i« alleged by the police that this just the type of story that William Ingram, aged 37, ’put over” on several People.
When Ingram appeared in the Police Court this morning, charged with obtaining boots and money valued <£4 10s, from Sydney Martin, by tneans of a valueless cheque. Seniorsergeant Edwards said that he had **een imposing on people, and asked for a remand until April 13 to enable further inquiries to be made.
