Bu Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright Received 11.20 a.m. LONDON, Tuesday. Lord Birkenhead, who has never been seen without a big cigar, was entertained at a lunch by London cigar manufacturers, who said that if it was not for men like Lord Birkenhead the cigar trade would be in a deplorable state.
