MUNICIPAL CHOIR
SATURDAY’S PROGRAMME The Municipal Choir, Mr. Cyril Towsey, and Air. Maughan Barnett, will be the performers at the municipal concert in the Town Hall oil Saturday evening next. An attractive programme has been arranged, and will include choral works by Mendelssohn, and Schumann, songs by Bantock and Maude Valerie White. The principal organ solos will consist of Bach’s “G Minor Prelude and Fugue,” Cesar Franck’s “Piece Heroique,” and the beautiful Good Friday music from Wagner’s “Parsifal.” Mr. Cyril Towsey will be Uao accompanist.
