N.Z. QUOTA FILLED
MIGRANTS TO UNITED STATES INCREASE MAY BE MADE Press Association WELLINGTON, Monday. New Zealand’s quota under the United States immigration law of 100 a year is already .more than filled for the year ending June 30. There are enough applications for next year’s visas already in hand. The United States Consul, approached to-day, said that the matter of increasing the quotas of some of the countries, including New Zealand, had been considered by Congress, but it was decided to make no change for another year at least, except in the case of some of the larger countries.
