Prisoner Admitted To Probation.

Thomas John Edward Pitts, who appeared for sentence before Mr. Justice Kennedy for fraudulently omitting to account to Charles Leslie Calvert for £76 Is 3d received by him from Walter George Richards and Talbot Pirie a cheque for £7 10s and for having cashed the cheque, was admitted to probation for two years.
