BALLOON RACE.
FOR CUP AND £2BO. Press Association —Copyright. Warsaw, Aug. 31. The Gordon Bennett balloon race started to-day in the presence of the President and members of the Cabinet. Belgium entered a second balloon. The Polish balloon "Lopp" was christened with champagne. The competitor going the farthest wins the cup and £2BO.
