VISIT OF EXPERTS.
TO CARDIFF. Discussion Of Payment On Cheese Content Of Milk. RATION OF CASEIN. A suggestion that eminent authorities and those connected with dairy factories which based their payment on the cheese content of the milk supplied for cheese-making "was made' by Mr H. J. Marchant at the annual meeting of the Cardiff Co-op. Dairy Factory Co., last night. Mr Marchant placed his suggestion in the form of a motion. Whenever he had argued this point, hs had always looked at it not from 1 the breed-angle, but from an economic standpoint, said the chairman, Mr C. A'. Marchant. It was not a question of breeds entirely, but a' question of casein in ratio to butterfat, said the chairman. The motion was carried on the voices.
