TO CARDIFF. Discussion Of Payment On Cheese Content Of Milk. RATION OF CASEIN. A suggestion that eminent authorities and those connected with dairy factories which based their payment on the cheese content of the milk supplied for cheese-making "was made' by Mr H. J.
