Stratford Club Play And Players. g MACKAY BUTTONS CHANGE HANDS. (BY SHUTTLE.) Last Friday's' challengers for the Mackay Buttons, Sloane and Miss Wilmshurst, were successful in lifting the buttons from Boyle and Miss HedditCli by 15 to 3, and on Monday successfully withstood a challenge by Parquharson and Miss Stubbs (owe G), thus retaining the buttons- by a narrow margin (15—13). The winners handicap is now increased to owe 12. The hall not being available, there will be no play to-night, and the next buttons challenge will be played on Monday night, the challengers being C. Ennis ad Miss Whittlestone (owe S). .
