MEAT PRODUCERS’ BOARD
NEW MEMBER APPOINTED

The appointment of Mr. A. S. Holms, Waimahaka, Southland, to the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board was announced by the Minister of Agriculture, the Hon. C. E. Macmillan, after a meeting of Cabinet this afternoon. Mr. Holms will succeed Mr. David Jones as the Government nominee on the board, Mr. Jones having resigned following his recent appointment as a member of the Executive Commission of Agriculture.
