McInally against his disqualification’ for six montlis by the judicial committee of the Whangarei Racing Club was dismissed by the Auckland District Committee tonight. Mclnally rode the favourite Gay Cockade in the Ruatangata Handicap, in which lie ran third. The disqualification' was imposed on the ground that the horse was not run on his merits. . The district committee after hearing Mclnally' found that he had failed to bring any evidence to sustain the grounds of his appeal, which was therefore dismissed. A deposit of £5 was ordered to be returned to Mclnally.
