LADIES’ QUARTER FINALS
PLAYERS REMAINING Press Association —Copyright New Plymouth, Today. The quarter finals of the Dominion ladies’, autumn foursomes were decided this morning. Five of the remaining eight are local players, Heavy showers affected play. Details are as follow;
Mesdames Russell Grace and Young giving nine strokes, beat Mesdames Duff Taylor and Wilton 5 and 4; Mesdames Nicholsan and Quilliam, giving two strokes, beat Mrs Rich and Miss Home at the 19th; Mesdamcs Waddell and Fisher, giving one stroke, beat Mrs Curtis and Miss Gavin, 3 and 1; Misses Currie and Blythe, giving six strokes, beat Misses P. and E. Blundell, 2 and 1.
