MORE AERODROMES
NEEDED FOR BRITAIN’S BIGGER AIR FORCE Press Association —Copyright London, April 29. The Daily Express says the main feature of the Government’s air plan is the doubling of expenditure upon new aerodromes and bases. It is possible to treble the Air Force in two years, but existing aerodromes could not deal with the increase. The Daily Telegraph’s air correspondent states that the Air Ministry is consulting the industry regarding measures to secure much bigger production.
