I and to breaking and entering the shop | of Frank Young, fruiterer, a! Pahiatua, ! and stealing a safe, a cheque book and ; money of a total value of £l7 6s 2d, Ronald Malcolm Cameron, aged 25, a motor owner, was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. On a charge of stealing petrol and goods valued at £1 10s. the property of H. Hannay, Foxton, he was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, and for wilfully damaging a pane of glass valued at 10s 6d, the property of Hannay, he was sentenced to a month's imprison--1 ment. the sentences to be concurrent.
