The largest religious service that had ■wer been held in Scotland was held on he football ground at Glasgow yesterday, when a conventicle to mark the 50th mniversary of the Boys’ Brigade, founded at Glasgow by the late Sir William ■smith, was attended by a congregation f 130,000.

During the celebration of the jubilee Prince George read a message from the iHng paying tribute to the social value ,f the Boys’ Brigade to the youth of the country.
