GERMAN ATTORNEYS SENT TO CONCENTRATION CAMPS

The prominent Prussian State Attorneys, Drs Tochler and Bender, and also Dr. Herman, of the Prussia Ministry of Justice, who formerly conducted political prosecutions, were sent to a concentration camp accused of over zealous prosecution of Hitlerites and unduo leniency to the “criminals of the former regime.” The well-known South German Judge Fischer has been sent to the Stuttgart concentration camp for refusing to give the Hitler salute in Court as prescribed in tho new regulations.
