Man With 19 Firearms COURT PROCEEDINGS Charged with seven breaches of the Arms Act, ill that he does not hold certificates for several firearms in his possession, Nicholas B. Fryday appeared at the Stratford Court today before Mr. W. 11. Woodward, S.M. Defendant pleaded not guilty. Sergeant. Kelly gave evidence as to the issue of certificates which he traced from the book out of which they were issued. Constable Hughes slated that ho interviewed defendant, who had stated that bis daughter bad accidentally burned the certificates. This the daughter bad denied. Sergeant.
