ANZAC SERVICE

In Memory of the Fallen

The Anzac Day service will be held in Victoria Park at 11 a.m. tomorrow. The procession under Col. L. H. Jardine will muster at the M alone memorial gates and will march through the town to Victoria Park, where the combined service will be held. The address will be delivered by the Rev. T. Skuse. The roll of honour in the Municipal Chambers will be decorated as usual and today the Mayoress, Mrs. Percy Thomson, and about a dozen lady helpers and girls from the High School wcre'enciaqed in making wreaths. The wreaths for the memorial gates at Victoria Park were provided by the Primary School pupils. Wrer.ths were also provided by the convent and St. Mary's School pupils. Anzac Day will be observed as a close holiday and no business premises will be open. The railway services wiH be suspended and all Government offices will bo closed.
