VOTES IN FAVOUR OF SECESSION Press Association. —Copyright, Rocd. Today, 10.20 a.m. Perth, Today the new Cabinet was elected by the Labon” Caucus and is as follows: Mr. Collier, Premier. Mr. Drew, Chief Secretary, Minister of Education, and Leader in (he Legislative Council, assisted by Air. Kitson. Mr. McCallmn, Minister of Works. Mr. Munsie, Minister of Mines. Mr. Willcocks, Minister of Railways and Justice. Mr. Troy, Minister of Lands. Mr. Millington ,Minister of Agriculture and Unemployment. Mr. Kenneally, Minister for Water Supplies. Mr. Panton, Speaker. The latest secession figures are: For 133.924 Against G 5.125 The votes now being counted are from the outlying districts and show a five to two majority in favour of secession compared with the general aggregate of two to one.
