J I which proved fatal this evenj ing were received by a youth, Wallace i McKenzie, aged 16, a grocer's assistant, j employed at Te Puke, a.s a result of a j motor-car in which he was a passenger j overturning on the road near Matamata I on Saturday evening. ■' The car, which was driven by Mr. i Cook, Te Puke, overturned at a corner. i McKenzie was pinned under the car j and was severely crashed. He was taken j to the Matamata hospital and was re- | moved to the Waikato hospital last even- | ing. He died from his injuries. He was ( a son of Mr. James McKenzie, Te Puke.
