MR. J. T. HOGAN TO STAND
"W?anganui, April 14—In response to iriany requests from all sections of the community, Mr. J. T. Hogan has dec.ded to contest the Wanganui Mayoralty against Mr. N. G. Armstrong, the present Mayor. Mr is chairman of the wanganui Harbour Board, and he was member of Parliament for Rangitikei from 1928 to 1931.
