Ex-Minister Charged
Press Association —Copyright Paris, April 11. —Francois Marsal, an Ex-Prime Minister and
Minister of Finance, was charged with abuse of confidence and a breach of company law in connection with transactions involving £280,000 during the operations of a syndicate in support of the shares of a West African company.
