If so, the paper asks, why was the claim mot made earlier? The editorial alleges that the Soviet is openly lying and demands that the Soviet should apologise without raising dhe question of ownership. He believes that the Soviet, having predetermined war. is hurriedly increasing the transport facilities of the Siberian railways, which are at present absolutely ruined.
