WORLD CRISIS
U Chambers of Commerce Plan ' Press Association. —Copyright. Paris, April 10.— On behalf ol forty-seven countries the council ol the International Chambers of Commerce has prepared a plan containing 1 points for presentation to the World Economic Conference in the hope of assisting to overcome the world crisis. The chief suggestions are; Removal of the problem of political debts, creation of an international monetary standard preliminary to the restoration of free gold standards, Government action to deal with exchange stability, balanced ■budgets, reduced tariffs, payment oi debts in goods and services, avoidance of inflation and all Governments to cooperate in a campaign to,increase the prices of primary products.
