Berlin,: Feb. 21.—Hitler, himself a Catholic, speaking at Cologne, attacked the Catholic Centre Party. He said the Lord had not blessed their work, or the Bolshevism against which they fought for years would not have risen from forty thousand to six million men. Herr Frick, Minister of the Interior, speaking at Dresden,, said March 5 would be Germany's last election.
