LORD KYLSANT SITS IN PARLIAMENT

First Appearance Since Release from Gaol London, "Feb. 14.—Lord Kylsant, the shipping magnate, who was sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment in November, 1931, on charges of having issued a false company prospectus and a false directors' report, made his firsti appearance in the present Parliament today. He took his seat behind the episcopal bences. Several peers went across and shook his hand warmly. (Lord Kylsant, who is 70, was released from Wormwood Scrubbs prison last August. One of the best known men in England, he held many high public positions. He has a castle in Wales, and his three (laughters married into the peerage. He received £3OOO a year as director's fees and I per cent, commission when the company's dividend was 5 per cent. In 1927 this commission was £27,000.)
