Received Today, 10.50 a.m. DUBLIN, Wednesday.—The Dail must be summoned before the emergency Bill becomes law owing to the Senate passing the Bill, but including amendments. recommending the deletion of the section empowering the Executive to impose stamp duty on any decumentary transaction and enabling it to summon the Dail within ten dsyr. if a majority should so . demand.
Mr. de Valera has convened the Dail for Julv 22 to consider the Bill, when it is expected the amendments will be rejected and the Bill as a money measure will become law. The Senate, by 2!) v tes to IT decided to insist on the amendments in the Oath ili I which the Dail rejected, this resulting in the Bill being delayed foils months, when it will become law unless a general election intervenes.
