BUCHAREST, Tuesday. —A result of the Rumanian elections is that Dr. Julius Maniu’s Peasant Party is assured of 270 seats of the JS7, the party receiving 40 per cent, of the votes. Liberals under M. G. Duca received 12 per cent, and Liberals under M. C. Bratianu 6 per cent. Professor N. Jorgas King’s Party, which took over the Government in April last year, failed to secure a single seat.
