EGG-LAYING
TARANAKI COMPETITION
A revision of the 1932-33 schedule and the addition of prize money was made at a: recent meeting of the management committee of the Taranald Egg-Laying Competition Society at Normanby. It was decided to reduce the entrance fees by allowing a rebate of 5s for each bird if the fees are paid within two months of the commencement of the test, which begins on March 31 next. A proposed held day at Normanby in February with a poultry instructor of the Department of Agriculture was discussed. Arrangements were left with a sub-committee consisting of Messrs. G. L. Gaylard, C. 11. Barker and D. Stewart.
