Robert Montgomery David Raymond Hackett Marty John Miljan Mrs. Weaver Hedda Hopper Monsieur Pantoise . . .". Albert Conti Joe Munsey .... Edward Brophy The Detective Robert Emmett O’Connor j Evelyn Woodforth . , Martha Sleeper Joan Crawford, Anita Page and Dor othy Sebastian who gave movie fans something to talk about with the highly entertaining “Our Dancing Daughters,” and Harry Beaumont who directed the silent film hit, have gotten together again and between them have produced one of the most sparkling talking pictures to be seen at the King's Theatre in' a long while, namely, “Our Blushing Brides.” This time they are supported by a male contingent which includes the debonair Robert Montgomery, the juvenile Raymond Hackett and the mischievous John Miljan, as engaging a trio of rogues who ever unwittingly did their best to bring unhappiness into the lives of three young girls who worked in Jardine’s department store until six o’clock every night after which they punched the time clock and dragged their weary steps home to a cheap and ugly apartment and looked forward to a self-prepared meal of canned food. i No little of the entertainment value in this picture is due the spectacular settings, which include modernistic interiors, an ingenious bungalow built in the top of a tree, an outdoor fashion show in which more than a hundred costumes are shown and an Albertina Rasch ballet in which Miss Crawford in a Grecian costume and white wag shows that she is equally at home in classic dancing as in “modern maiden” routines.
