The Scarborough Labour Conference closed with the singing of the “International Red Flag.” Mr. Henderson said; “We realise that the primary object of the election is to crushingly defeat Socialism. We believe we will emerge victorious. “Capitalism has collapsed throughout the world and Socialism is the only alternative to the present chaos.”
