Memories of New Zealand's greatest masquerade were rivived by the appearance of Amy Maud Christofferson, formerly known as Amy Bock, in the Hamilton Court to-day on charges of false prentences. Accused, a woman of 72, had with plausible stories induced four women to advance her sums of money aggregating £l6 10s. She pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
