ANOTHER BODY FOUND AWARDS TO BE HONOURED POPULATION STILL RISING NAPIER, March 24. Two delegates from Napier, two from Hastings, and one from Wairoa go to Wellington this week to presen, to the Prime Minister for consideration recommendations made by the committee ot Napier and Hastings businessmen appointed to draw up a scheme of financial relief for the earthquake area. Human remains found in the Kai.i poi Woollen Company building in Tea Hyson Street, Napier, have inyn identified by the means of trinkets as those of Percy Wright, a Justice of the Peace, who has been missing since February 3. It was known that Mr Wright intended to call at the Kaiapoi building. The registered population of Napier up to this afternoon is 73(15, compared with 0200 a week ago. It is difficult to say how far short this figure is of the actual total, as, no doubt, a considerable number have not troubled to register. Mr J. S.
