i JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFF^ At the MaglßtrafEi's Court yesterday, Joseph Jacobs ctalhied from P. Gaffaney, farnier,'Toko, the sum, of ;£ls 5a for ploughing, harrowing and drilling \\ acres near Gordon Road. The plaintiff (for whßm Mr. A. Coleman appeared) claimed £2 10s an acre for the work, J and said that Gaffaney had agreed to "pay that price. The defendant (represented by Mr. N. H.'Moss) stated that the price agreed was only 25s 6d an acre and that the area was only four acres. He also said that .the work had been done so badly that the crop failed. Messrs. J. B.
