Tn the Chamber, M. Dumont, Minister of Murine, presented the Naval Construction Bill, previously postponed owing to the Anglo-French negotia-
I ions. The Bill provides for the laying down of ships totalling 45,000 tons, including a 25,000 tons cruiser mounting 11.0 inch guns, two well protected units of 7.500 tons, with 5-inch guns, and also a scout flotilla leader. mtmßxamu mmampjsuawmsaummm
