Spain wishes the 1932 World Disarmament Conference to be , held at Barcelona in the Exhibition Buildings, instead of at Geneva. The Government is sounding countries for their opinions in relation thereto. No decision will he made until the next League Council meeting, but it may be difficult to provide accommodation at Geneva, as the conference is expected to be bigger than the Peace Conference. Over fifty nations will be attending with many military, naval and air experts and diplomats.
