THE CHRISTIE CUP The next big event, in tennis circles in Taranaki is the contest for Ihe Christie Cup, which is held by Wanganui, and the competition must he held there. Taranaki lost Ihe cup at, Hawera last, year, but has hopes of recovering the trophy at the match to he played at Wanganui this month.
