DUCHESS AND HER FRINGE
NEW STYLE ADOPTED LONDON, Feb. 26. The Duchess of York’s famous fringe is no more (says the “Daily Mail’s” gossip writer). At all events she was wearing her hair differently when she visited a supper 'restaurant with the Duke and Major Nugent (who was their aide-de'-calTTp in Australia).
