As will be seen by perusal of an advertisement in this issue, the Railway Department is calling tenders for a suitable lease of one of the most desirable building sites on Broadway. Stratford, viz., the vacant land situated at the corner of Broadway and the approach road to the Railway Station. The land is located in the business heart of Stratford and as the terms and conditions under which it is offered are very favourable, it is anticipated that there will be a keen demand for the lease.
