HISTORIC SOCIETY WOUND UP

PUBLISHED HISTORICAL ; VOLUMES. ■ Sir Evan D. Jones presided over the annual meeting of the West Wales Historical Society at Carmathen. Founded in 1910 with the object of publishing volumes of historical records relating to the counties of Carbat hen, Pembroke and Cardigan, the society has produced 14 volumes and on the motion of the chairman it has now resolved that the society should be wound up. A committee was appointed to deal with the printed stock in hand and other necessary matters.
