GIRL GUIDES
STRATFORD COMMITTEE At the last meeting of the Stratford Girl Guides' Committee the resignation and warrant of Mrs. Abraham were received with regret, and it was decided that a "thanks" badge be forwarded to her. Reports were read from the Brownies and the Guides. The former are to be in one pack this year. The Guides hope to have a course in homenursing. Mrs. Steven (Commissioner) reported on the visit to Wellington, and comments were made on the good behaviour of the Guides and the evident enjoyment of all. Mrs. Dick was appointed delegate for the provincial meeting at New Plymouth. Those present were Mesdames Moon, Steven. Young, Anderson, Masters. Dick, Miss Ritchie, and Mrs. Chadwick (secretary). - •
