EVASION OF DEPORTATION WEALTHY "RING" IN CANADA MONTREAL, March 13. The existence of an alleged throe million dollar fake naturalisation paper ring operated here in conjunction with Chicago gangsters is being investigated by the Department of: Justice at Ottawa. According to Albert Chabot, a naturalisation clerk, a Toronto Judge was appointed to hold an investigation and il. was claimed that faked. Canadian naturalisation papers wore made out here for gangsters and gunmen whom the United States tried to deport to i'hiropr; as undesirables. They would be deported to Canada, from whence thev manage to re-cross the bonier.
