ASSOCIATIONS ANNUAL REPORT The following report will be presented to the seventh annual meeting of members of the Stratford Poultry Show Association, at a meeOhg;(n Smith's Rooms, Broadway, on evening at 8 o'clock: The executive is pleased to inform members tha£ satisfactory progress is ■till being made. When comparing the year's work with the previous year the following will be of inter-eat:—-Income;. Subscriptions; £123 9s 68 (£56 13s 6d); donations, £lO 8s (£3l 9s tftt); #atry fees, £133 12s 6d (£l3B 3s 7d)t; .show door admissions, £264 apace, £s6,9j?:# (£244 15s 6d). Expenditure: labour wages, £75 -4s (£97 3s and stationery," £llte.Mr( £7s.lss 9d); advertising, £42'ss 8d (£52 lis 3d); lighting, etc.,-£ls 7s 6d (£ls 19s); show prize money imd trophies, £174 18s 9d (£lß2,>s;|db £. freights and' cartages, £il , i'l» ('£2o'l2s sd); hire show perts, lS:*^/"''''"'' ,''•' Assets; building have been written down W a further sum of £52 6b 6d, and'appear in the balance sheet at £2O9 1 ' The .original cost ■was £366 7s. lr The total assets as disclosed by 'the' balance sheet, (including cash at Bankand in hand £SB 7a 2~d) starid' at £440 16s Bd. The bank debit balance of £lO6 17s Id, and sundry creditors of £7, appearing in last yearns, balance sheet, have now disappeared.
